The HyperChrome Quartz is a contemporary expression of precision and material mastery, combining advanced watchmaking technology with a bold and enduring design.
The case, sculpted from polished and brushed stainless steel, is encircled by a polished green high tech ceramic bezel—an elemental combination of strength and refinement. Topping this resilient construction is a curved sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on the inner side, offering exceptional scratch resistance and crystal-clear legibility. With water resistance to 15 bar (150 metres), every element of the architecture is designed for lasting precision, durability, and confidence in any setting.
At the heart of the watch, the Rado calibre R292 ensures exceptional accuracy and reliability. This 3-jewel quartz movement combines PreciDrive and HeavyDrive technologies, enabling precise regulation of each impulse and maintaining a deviation of no more than ±10 seconds per year. A discreet date window at 3 o’clock integrates seamlessly into the dial’s balanced design.
The green sunray dial offers a refined contrast to the rhodium-coloured hour and minute hands, as well as the applied indices—all treated with white Super-LumiNova® for optimal legibility in low light. A yellow second hand echoes the colour of the numerals on the minute track, adding a subtle, cohesive detail to the composition. At night, the twelve o’clock index and the minute hand emit a green glow, while the remaining indices and the hour hand radiate blue, ensuring quick, intuitive time reading in any lighting condition.
Completing the case is a three-row stainless steel bracelet, featuring brushed outer links and middle links accented with polished bevels, creating a refined interplay of textures. It is secured by a triple-fold clasp with a three-position quick adjustment system, ensuring a precise and comfortable fit at all times.
