Your 14-day right of withdrawal
Except where a statutory exception applies, you may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason or paying a penalty. You may also withdraw before delivery.
It is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice in writing or through a durable medium such as email. Including your order number and the item being returned helps us locate your purchase. Prior approval from the store is not required for a valid notice.
Sending your return and shipping costs
Send the product back to the return address shown on this page within 14 days of giving your withdrawal notice. You can contact our team with your order number for carrier details before posting it. This contact is not a condition of exercising your withdrawal right or of the validity of your notice.
You are not charged return shipping when using the carrier specified in the pre-contract information. If that carrier has no branch in your area, collection of the product is arranged without extra charge to you. If no return carrier was specified, you are not responsible for return costs when using any carrier. Pack the product securely for transport with the accessories and documents supplied with it.

All payments covered by the return, including any delivery charges, are refunded within 14 days of handing the product to the carrier specified in the pre-contract information. If you use another carrier, this period starts when we receive the product. For products not yet delivered, it starts when you send your withdrawal notice.
The refund is made in a single transaction using a method compatible with your original payment, without charges or additional obligations for you. This also applies to purchases paid in instalments. Your bank’s processing schedule determines when the refund appears on your card statement.
Exceptions assessed for each product
A withdrawal exception may apply, where the legal conditions are met, to products made to your specifications or personalised for you, and to products whose price depends on financial-market fluctuations beyond the seller’s control. Any applicable exception is explained before purchase.
Being listed as gold or jewellery does not by itself create a blanket ban on returns. The product’s nature and whether the statutory exception actually applies must be considered. Your statutory rights concerning defective goods remain protected.
Cancellation, damage and warranty requests
Contact our team with your order number to request cancellation or check its status before dispatch. Preparation or dispatch does not remove an otherwise valid withdrawal right.
For defective, damaged or incorrect goods, you may exercise the rights available under applicable law, including a refund, price reduction, repair without charge or replacement with conforming goods, subject to the relevant legal conditions. Brand warranty requests are assessed under the warranty documents supplied with the product. Damage outside normal use may fall outside the brand warranty; this is not applied as a general bar to your statutory rights.
